An ancient Chinese Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220 A.D.) green-glazed red pottery massive cooking stove model, set on the top with cylindrical chimney and two rounded cooking pots and oval wine cup with winged handles (Erbei). The exterior covered with a streaked green glaze with areas of iridescence mineral deposit.


CONDITION: The stove, is in good condition considering its age to be over 1800 years old, except for some minor chips to extremities and small piece of one corner chipped off. No repairs or restorations.


The iridescence mineral deposit is the result of chemical changes in the lead glaze caused by prolonged burial time underground in the tomb.
