Antique 17th-18th century Italian Majolica Pottery Tiles Virgin Mary With Baby J

Antique, 17th-18th century, Italian majolica - pottery panel formed of three rectangular tiles finely hand-painted in a blue, yellow, white and ochre. The panel depicts the Virgin and Child in Glory; Holy Mother wears a blue mantle with stars, two Angels above Holding the Virgin’s Crown (Queen of Heaven - Regina Coeli). Tiles are framed in a modern custom made gilt frame.
 
CONDITION: Cracked and restored, with some chipping consistent with age.
 
MEASUREMENTS: Dimensions with the frame: 61.5 cm x 42.5 cm (24 7/32 inches x 16 47/64 inches).
 
WEIGHT: 7 kg (15.4 pounds).
