Antique 18th -19th century Islamic Indian silver-inlaid Bidri hookah base India (Deccan, Bidar). Body in an elegant pear-shaped form with an elongated flaring neck with a flange collar, and raised on a spreading ring foot, richly inlaid in silver with foliage on deep gray matte finish ground.

 CONDITION: Showing its age and usage, most of the silver inlaid intact with minor wear, rim of the base slightly chipped, one small dent on the lower part of the body.
