Antique Indian Lucknow Enameled Silver Perfume Bottle Scent Flask 19th c India

Antique Indian enameled solid silver perfume bottle or scent flask 19th century India Lucknow. The tubular form body rising to a thin cylindrical neck decorated profusely in multicolour enamel with lotus flowers, peacock, and foliage rising to a thin cylindrical neck with the screw-on cap. It is unmarked as the most 19th century Indian silver but tests positive for sterling silver. 

 
CONDITION: Showing its age and usage, the top and the cup is dented, some enamel loss, but overall the item is well proportioned and beautifully decorated.
