Antique 18th-century miniature portrait painted on mother of pearl behind convex glass and mounted in an oval gold gilt frame with a scalloped rim and affixes with a suspension loop and bar pin.
The portrait depicts a noble young lady wearing a sumptuous pink dress with lace trimming, bows, and an ermine stole, coupled with a pink bow choker, drop pearl earrings, and jewelry in the form of flowers in her hair. All this suggests that this is a noble lady of considerable wealth.
