Authentic antique 18th century Russian Orthodox rare type brass traveling icon “The Mother Of Good Joy OF All Who Sorrow”; in the center The Virgin with a scepter in her right hand with the groups of people on her sides. The top part surmounted by the finial depicting The Vernicle (The Holy Face of Christ) with the cherub below. 

 
CONDITION: Showing signs of usage and wear, with nice old patina
