Antique 19th century Persian Qajar dynasty Islamic ceramic tile of oval form, finely hand painted under a clear crackle glaze depicting a hunting scene with a courtly male dressed in a splendid dress with spear hunting antelopes on horseback in companion of a hound dog, set in a mountainous landscape.
CONDITION: Cracked in half "clean break” and glued together one chip on the back of the rim.
