Antique Native American Indian Sweet Grass Birch Bark and Quill Trivet Mat
This antique trivet, dating back to around 1900 AD, originates from the Native American Indians of the Eastern Woodlands region. It is circular in shape and crafted from sweetgrass and birch bark. The top features a floral pattern made from porcupine quills. On the reverse side, several names are inscribed in pencil, along with the date "June 25, 1913."
You can use it as a trivet or hang it as a piece of art.

Diameter: 27 cm (10.6 inches).
CONDITION: It shows age and uses, some loose porcupine quills as an aspect of an antique, over 100 years old trivet.
