 Antique 19th century British Victorian Cavalry Officer's shoulder cross belt for dispatch pouch - cartridge box with a sword suspension strap. 
 
 
 The black Moroccan leather belt is sewn into a gold-plated silver bullion lace with leafs designs, mounted with a large brass buckle, slider, and belt endplate.
