Antique Turkish Ottoman Dagger Khanjar Islamic Jambiya 19th Century

Antique 19th century all-steel Turkish Ottoman dagger Khanjar Islamic Jambiya with the hilt of Caucasian kindjal form.
A curved double-edged sturdy steel blade and steel hilt are richly damascened with silver koftgari foliage and scrolls.
The dagger is in its original wood scabbard covered with blue velvet with large steel mounts, finely inlaid with a silver pattern ensuite with the hilt, and fitted with two loops for suspension.
CONDITION: Showing the age and usage, in very good condition considering its age, with minor wear, one of the suspension loops is a later replacement.

The overall length of the dagger sheathed in the scabbard: 29 cm (11.42 inches).
 
Overall length without the scabbard: 28 cm (11.02 inches).
