Antique Vietnamese silver and copper inlay bronze censer incense burner with stand, 19th century, Nguyen Dynasty, Vietnam.
A compressed bulbous body raised on three short cabriole legs rising to a waisted neck under a galleried rim.
The exterior is inlaid with silver wire with three figures of peasants in the field carrying garden tools, and silver inlaid bands of bamboo branches separate the figures.The bronze circular stand is supported by three scroll-form feet. The rim is inlaid with slightly visible silver wire with a weave pattern.
The center of the stand is silver inlaid with bamboo branches within a key pattern.

Height: including the stand: 6.4 cm (2.5 inches)
Weight: 637 grams (1.4 pounds).CONDITION: It shows the age and uses, the censer's rim with some nicks and dents so common in an antique object daily used for centuries.
