SOLD A good quality copy of a European Napoleonic sword - saber with a solid brass stirrup hilt with finely chiseled details.
The grip is bound with finely braided German silver wire.
Curved single edge sharp blade etched with decorative pattern.
Solid brass scabbard with chased suspension mounts and crest.
MEASUREMENTS:
Overall length with the scabbard: 91 cm (35.83 inches).
Overall length without the scabbard: 83 cm (32.68 inches).
Length of the blade: 69 cm (27.17 inches).
Weight: 1.5 kg (3.307 lb.)
CONDITION: blade slightly pitted, the lower part of the scabbard dented on both sides, otherwise in good condition.
